Rumsy was just "mistunderstood" when he said "no hard evidence," apparently

which makes sense, since "no hard evidence" is an easily misunderstood, misinterpreted, ambiguous phrase, that was taken out of context, and could very well mean "there certainly is hard evidence," or at best, "we believe that we have credible evidence." which means, if you trust him (and i pity you if you do), then you agree that maybe the evidence is true (which, by the track record of this administration, will later be clarified as "not true at all" or "we made it up" or "it's the CIA's fault" or "we said MAYBE").

RUMSFELD YOU'RE A DIRTY FLIP FLOPPER

as it is, this graphic makes me depressed. seeing wisconsin in red makes me embarassed and humiliated. but i believe that i may have credible evidence that the american people really aren't that dumb. at least not as dumb as our president king.
