1. start a new blog so you can have administrator access.
2. set up the "email" option so you can email posts to your blog, i.e. "username.pword@blogger.com"
3. set up an email contact on your phone to that address.
4. send away. anything you post in the body of the picture mail becomes the text attached to the photo. i don't think there's a way around the "A Picture Share!" default heading. which is gay as hell.
